Refund Rules

1. Full Refund: 100% refund if cancellation is requested 14 days or more before the festival date.
2. 50% Refund: 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 13 days and 7 days before the festival date.
3. No Refund: No refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the festival date.
4. Event Cancellation (Beyond Our Control): No refund if the festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural calamities, government orders/restrictions, public safety concerns, or other force majeure events.

How to Request a Cancellation

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official Holi Hai contact email.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
• Registration fees are non-transferable.
